COMPETITION In this field, competition refers to network owners (ISP).Their differential in pricing and control of information alters the competition.Modern day discussions about the situation in Ukraine have sparked the debate over whether or not Ukraine should be neutral.

INTRODUCTION The emergence of the Internet and the World Wide Web brought upon a medium of communication with a range of opportunities for the world.Also, net neutrality saves the internet as an ideal marketplace.For the previous 10 years, the Internet has been a public marketplace where privatized companies are able to expand and grow, and this reputation will continue to serve (Opposing Views).By taking a look at two distinct neutrals during the Cold War, Austria and Sweden, a limited conclusion can be drawn on the use of neutrality.The hypothesis is that neutrality in 20th and 21st century Europe is not a viable option if the avoidance of participation in armed warfare is the goal.The piece traces the history and development of maritime neutrality rules, which are notoriously unclear, and states them as they apply today, taking into account technological advances and force structures where relevant.Where the law is uncertain, or in the view of the author unsatisfactory, this dissertation offers recommendations for the law’s future development.Honest and important debates were treated as if they didn’t exist.An encyclopedia writer, for example, was supposed to be an objective source imparting facts.More importantly, without net neutrality in affect, price discrimination risks start-ups from emerging out of their cocoons.Net neutrality once paved the concept of free market endeavors.
